As an FICC Transformation Project Management - Senior Associate within the Program and Project Management team at JPMorganChase, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the client experience. You will partner with teams across operations, technology, and business stakeholders to plan, govern, and deliver change from idea through implementation. We work collaboratively, use data to make decisions, and focus on practical solutions that scale.
In this role, you will also drive initiatives that simplify processes, enable smarter use of data and technology, and build more resilient operating models. You will work across business, operations, and technology teams to turn strategy into measurable results.
