Zayo Europe is looking for a Fibre Product Architect with a track record of building and delivering customer centric products and services. You will envision the next generation of operational support services, strategise how to achieve that vision, gather and define requirements, and translate those into functional specifications and user stories to drive the development life cycle from start to finish. You have a bias toward hands-on action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product delivery. You will collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external partners and have strong interpersonal skills. Building and maintaining global relationships will be key to your success. You will possess a solid understanding of product management, service offerings, and be comfortable developing products in a fast paced, high-technology, multifaceted environment.
The Product Architect is responsible for the overall success of their assigned product. You will own the end to end product lifecycle and roadmap, playing a lead role in defining the product strategy. Partnering with our operations, architecture, engineering, development and go-to-market teams to guide services from concept to launch. As part of the Product Team, you will bridge the technical and business worlds as you deliver services that our customers love.
