About the role and the team:
At GlobalConnect, we don’t just build infrastructure. We safeguard it. As a Fiber Project Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in making sure our fiber network stays safe, smart, and ready for the future.
You’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring that our cables are exactly where they need to be — and not where they shouldn’t. From managing contractors to liaising with local authorities and planning maintenance or repairs, you’ll work to minimize disruptions, avoid incidents, and keep the quality high and costs down.
Some days will be about measurements and inspections. Others about coordinating forced fiber moves, reviewing plans, or solving unexpected hiccups. But every day will be about protecting what keeps Finland connected.

You’ll be joining our Fiber Operations team, with colleagues spread across Finland — and working closely with other teams across the Nordics. This role is based on-site in Helsinki with some travel as needed.
