What We Offer:
The Fiber Planner will be part of AFL’s Premise cable manufacturing operations. This position is intended to plan, coordinate and sequence the launch of orders to the shop floor. This process includes, but is not limited to, staging natural fiber to be colored in UV coloring, efficiently selecting and issuing optical fiber, creating efficient discrete jobs, and developing the appropriate shop floor paperwork required to process the job. The Fiber Planning work cell is to consist of a team of cross trained Fiber Planners. The Fiber Planners will function as a work cell, frequently performing duties in support of all product line segments.
