Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber‑optic systems
• Verify performance of internet, phone, and TV services
• Complete pre‑ and post‑install documentation and customer education
• Place aerial/buried drops and run interior/exterior wiring
• Follow all OSHA and safety standards
• Work at heights, in confined spaces, and support teammates as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with fiber‑optic internet and home phone services
• Personal truck/van/SUV with ladder rack + required tools
• Samsung Galaxy S23 (or newer) and laptop with Excel
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and work overtime/weekends
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
