We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) to join the team at Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Albany. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a dealership Finance Manager REQUIRED
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with dealership software and computer systems
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Annual Compensation: $110,000 – $145,000
Compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and performance.
