About this role:

We are seeking all levels of FF&E Designers (junior to FF&E Design Director level) to join our China offices (Including Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen offices).

Interior designers who are all-rounders and willing to do both interior design and FF&E design are welcomed to apply. If you are a designer who do not have a specialized FF&E background but have strong interest in materiality and FF&E design, we encourage you to apply too.

Your role as FF&E Designer / Senior FF&E Designer would work hand in hand with our interior designers, playing a pivotal role in shaping the design concepts of our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury interior design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to installation. You would also have strong relationships with suppliers and able to source unique materials and furniture for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, and material board for hospitality projects (hotels, F&B outlets, resorts, residential, etc.).
• Source and select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories that meet design, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Prepare detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and FF&E Documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Work closely with the interior design team to ensure FF&E aligns with spatial planning and aesthetics.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation and resolve any design-related issues.
• Assist in client presentations and design development discussions.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as FF&E Designer in similar industry
• (Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior or intermediate designer role. If you are at FF&E Design Director level, we would love to hear from you too!)
• A portfolio showcasing your experience in these projects (luxury hospitality, luxury /ultra-luxury residential, showflats, F&B)
• Illustrator, InDesgin, Photoshop, AutoCAD
• Fluent in English

• Strong conceptualization and presentation skills
• Strong sense of design flair and love of art
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to meet tight project deadlines
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of hospitality design projects.
• Collaborative and enjoy working in team environments
• Good communication skills
