Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Trainee to join our team in an automotive/metalworking factory. The main goal is to support process optimization projects, waste reduction, and the implementation of Lean and Kaizen methodologies, contributing to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in production processes;
• Assist in applying Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement tools;
• Monitor performance indicators and suggest corrective actions;
• Take part in cross-functional projects to increase efficiency, quality, and safety;
• Prepare reports and present results.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Industrial Management, or similar);
• Strong interest in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing;
• Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset;
• Good communication and teamwork abilities;
• Proficiency in Excel and IT tools;
• Good level of English is valued.
