Buscar eficiência operacional do molde acima de 90%. Executar a manutenção preventiva dos moldes e manutenção autônoma dos equipamentos. Assegurar qualidade e redução de custo no processo. Verificar as condições gerais dos moldes, através de inspeção visual, com intuito de detectar as falhas. Substituir e ajustar componentes desgastados, conforme análise técnica, para elevar a eficiência dos moldes. Realizar testes de vazamentos em moldes, através de equipamento específico, afim de detectar possíveis avarias no sitema de vedação. Assegurar boas condições do polimento das peças do porta-molde, através de acessórios específicos, a fim de garantir o acabamento dos produtos moldados. Operar máquinas ferramentas de menor complexidade como torno e fresadora mecânicos, através de conhecimento técnico específico, com objetivo de fabricar e recuperar peças de moldes. Desmontar os moldes, através de ferramentas e acessórios específicos, para análise, limpeza e polimento das peças. Realizar soldagem de manutenção, obedecendo as normas de segurança, com o objetivo de reparar peças de moldes danificadas. Realizar simples manutenções corretivas e preventivas em máquinas operatrizes de menor complexidade, conforme ordens de manutenção e/ou necessidade de reparo, a fim de preservar esses equipamentos. Suportar tecnicamente outros níveis da ferramentaria em eventual necessidade Zelar pela segurança na operação dos equipamentos. Cumprir integralmente a Política da Qualidade, as diretrizes de SSMA (Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente) e os Procedimentos Corporativos da BD, atuando com foco no cliente, na conformidade regulatória e na melhoria contínua dos processos e do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.
