相关记录填写：包含但不限于以下记录，QA受控记录以及车间内部使用记录；
发酵看罐操作：严格执行看罐操作规程，控制参数执行工艺控制要求；
生产过程中实时巡检，出现异常及时处理，并向车间负责人汇报；
紧急情况的处理，包含但不限于以下操作：停电，停水，停蒸汽以及停空气的应急操作；
工作岗位的设备及环境卫生；
完成发酵中间过程控制检测，并进行记录汇报;
完成车间内各岗位培训以及年度技能提升计划，保质保量完成多技能岗位技能内分配的岗位任务；
在发酵车间处于停产检修期间，完成其他车间的支援工作。
