Founded by two female McKinsey consultants, Eden McCallum supports clients to resolve their most pressing issues of strategy, operations, and organisation. Our hybrid teams of experienced independent consultants, in-house Partners and Analysts deliver faster, deeper insight and lasting impact for clients on their most pressing issues.

One of FEMME's key priorities is to elevate women by offering support, guidance and encouragement while they are building the foundation of their career and motivate women by creating a network of ambitious, like-minded women with an interest in strategy consulting. FEMME Mentorship Programme

Over the course of this six-month programme, you will focus on three core themes: personal development, career, and consulting. You will expand your network and skills through social activities, workshops and events – giving you the opportunity to get to know our (female) colleagues and other ambitious women with an interest in strategy consulting.

We will appoint you a mentor who is here to offer guidance, encouragement, and to support you in your personal learning goals, while you are building the foundation of your career.

As a mentee, you will also be appointed a buddy; someone who is currently enrolled in our Analyst Programme. They can share their experiences and help prepare for (case) interviews which will equip you for the next step, as we guarantee an interview directly after graduation!

What to expect
In short, you can expect:

• Several mentor meetings, where the focus is on you, your questions and development

• Regular buddy meetings & interview coaching with one of our consultants

• To learn about our culture and life as a woman in strategy consulting

• To expand your network and skills through social activities, training and events

• A guaranteed spot at exclusive events related to topics such as working as a consultant, personal development, interview skills and more

• A guaranteed first interview round, if you wish to apply to our Analyst Programme

• A programme designed to fit alongside your studies, running from September 2026 until February 2027

Application process
We are looking for Dutch-speaking female students with an interest in strategy consulting who are enrolled in the last year of their Bachelor, or a Master's degree.
