Job Summary:
We are seeking an elegant, service-oriented Waitress to
join our prestigious 5-star café in Doha. The ideal candidate will deliver an
exceptional guest experience by providing professional, courteous, and prompt
service in a luxurious setting that reflects the heritage and sophistication of
our Parisian brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth, elegance, and a genuine smile.
Escort the guest to occupy their table.
Present menus, explain food and beverage items with
detailed knowledge and passion.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen
and bar staff.
Serve orders with attention to detail, presentation, and
timing.
Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs throughout
the dining experience.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all
times.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate
issues when necessary.
Collaborate with team members and support smooth daily
operations.
Uphold brand image and standards in appearance,
communication, and conduct.
Participate in training sessions, tastings, and brand
education.
Qualifications:
Previous 2-year experience as a waitress/waiter in a
luxury café, fine-dining restaurant, or 5-star hotel Or
Fresher with 2/3 years
hospitality education.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer
service skills
Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
High attention to detail and presentation
Well-groomed, professional appearance at all times
Height-5.10 feet (minimum)
Gender-Female
Age-20 to 30

Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays
