Job Description

Female Support Workers – Caboolture (QLD)

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to provide one-on-one support to a female participant with eating disorder (anorexia) and physical mobility needs (wheelchair use).

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, emotionally intelligent, and confident providing both physical and psychosocial support in a respectful, person-centred way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support (wheelchair assistance)
  • Supporting meal routines and mealtime supervision in line with care plans
  • Emotional support and encouragement in a calm manner
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and routines
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately
  • Building a trusting, respectful support relationship

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health
  • Experience supporting individuals with eating disorders and/or mental health
  • Experience with wheelchair users or physical disability
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Blue Card / Working with Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Valid Australian's driver license and reliable transport
