
The Co-Group are looking for a Female Support Worker to assist a client in Baulkham Hills. Suitable support workers must have experience in personal care and community access support.
Shifts
Supports are required from 11am to 1pm (7 days a week).
These shifts can be shared between 2 Support Workers if required.
Requirements
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
What you'll do:
✔️ Complete all tasks relevant to support work including
anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance and client transport
✔️ Empower participants to achieve their goals and live
as independently as possible
✔️ Provide direct support in a 1:1 & 2:1 capacity in
accordance with the individual's care plan & PBSP
✔️ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as
shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports
✔️ Follow company policies and procedures
