Fit Staff Recruitment Agency is recruiting Female Personal Trainers on behalf of an established, community-driven fitness brand for it's team in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role:

You will deliver personalised training, support members throughout their fitness journeys, and contribute to a welcoming, motivating gym environment. We are looking for trainers who take pride in their coaching, bring confidence to the gym floor, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalised one-to-one training sessions tailored to each client’s goals and abilities.
• Build lasting relationships with members through consistent support and encouragement.
• Track client progress and adapt programmes to achieve measurable results.
• Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every session.
• Uphold high standards of service and represent the brand’s community-focused values.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and an engaging member experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Female Personal Trainers with at least 3 years of personal training experience.
• Recognised personal training qualification: minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong coaching and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
• A confident, approachable, and professional manner.
• A genuine commitment to helping clients improve their fitness and wellbeing.
• A team-focused mindset and enthusiasm for an active fitness community.
• UAE-based candidates strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

First 3 months:

• AED 4,500 monthly base salary.
• 50/50 commission split on all personal training sessions.

After the first 3 months:

• AED 150 per session for the first 40 sessions.
• 60% commission on all sessions thereafter.
