
The Co-Group are looking for Female Mandarin-speaking Support Workers to assist our client 2-3 days a week between 5:30pm to 7:30pm in Epping, Victoria. Support will include domestic assistance, meal preparation and medication supervision. As per client request, fluency in Mandarin is mandatory for this position.
What you'll do:
✔️ Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance and client transport
✔️ Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
✔️ Provide direct support in a 1:1 & 2:1 capacity in accordance with the individual's care plan & PBSP
✔️ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports
✔️ Follow company policies and procedures

- Valid Driver's Licence

- NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
