Female In-Home Strength Coach | Personal Trainer (Part-Time)

Compensation: $40 - $45/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — part-time to full-time options

GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin is building our founding team, and we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Strength Coach who loves helping people build confidence through movement.

Unlike traditional gyms, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, apartment gyms, and private fitness facilities. Our clients aren't looking for bootcamp instructors—they're looking for a coach they trust, someone who can motivate them, build lasting relationships, and help them achieve sustainable results.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized in-home personal training sessions
• Design safe, effective strength and functional fitness programs
• Build long-term client relationships
• Track progress and celebrate wins
• Represent the GYMGUYZ brand with professionalism and positivity

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Loves coaching people more than counting reps
• Creates a welcoming, encouraging environment
• Communicates with confidence and empathy
• Is reliable, organized, and coachable
• Enjoys helping beginners feel comfortable with strength training
• Wants to be part of building something from the ground up

Qualifications

Required

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification
• CPR/AED certification
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred

• Strength training or functional fitness experience
• Former athlete or strength coaching background
• Experience coaching beginners and women
• Group fitness experience is a plus
