GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin is building our founding team, and we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Strength Coach who loves helping people build confidence through movement.
Unlike traditional gyms, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, apartment gyms, and private fitness facilities. Our clients aren't looking for bootcamp instructors—they're looking for a coach they trust, someone who can motivate them, build lasting relationships, and help them achieve sustainable results.

What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized in-home personal training sessions
- Design safe, effective strength and functional fitness programs
- Build long-term client relationships
- Track progress and celebrate wins
- Represent the GYMGUYZ brand with professionalism and positivity
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves coaching people more than counting reps
- Creates a welcoming, encouraging environment
- Communicates with confidence and empathy
- Is reliable, organized, and coachable
- Enjoys helping beginners feel comfortable with strength training
- Wants to be part of building something from the ground up
Qualifications
Required
- Nationally accredited Personal Training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred
- Strength training or functional fitness experience
- Former athlete or strength coaching background
- Experience coaching beginners and women
- Group fitness experience is a plus
