About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established premium fitness group in Doha, operating multiple facilities and delivering a luxury, performance-driven fitness experience.
With over two decades in the industry, the organisation is known for its high standards, strong community, and results-focused approach.
They are now looking for high-energy female Group Exercise Instructors to join their growing team.
The Role:
As a GX Instructor, you will deliver engaging, high-quality group sessions while contributing to member experience, retention, and overall club performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic and high-quality group fitness classes
- Engage members and create an energetic, motivating environment
- Support member results, retention, and satisfaction
- Maintain strong presence and professionalism on the gym floor
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams
- Contribute to revenue through PT opportunities
Class Types / Specialisations:
We are particularly interested in instructors experienced in:
- Les Mills programmes (BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack)
- HIIT / Circuit Training / Tabata
- TRX
- Spinning / Indoor Cycling
- Zumba / Dance / Aerobics / Step
- Pilates & Yoga
- Choreography-based formats (e.g. Belly Dance, Aero Dance)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a GX Instructor
- Relevant GX certifications (e.g. Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates, etc.)
- Professional level English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Strong physical presence and energy
- Ability to deliver engaging, results-driven sessions

Package & Benefits:
- Salary: QAR 8,000 – 17,000 (based on experience/level)
- 50% commission on Personal Training (after GX commitments)
