Position Summary
The Female Drug Screening Representative plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery. You’ll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients at the testing center
Conduct observed urine collections with female patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements
Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standards
Primary worksite may vary based on operational needs. Regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45 mile radius may be required
Schedule
Part-time: around 29 hours per week
Must have flexibility and 7-day availability for varying shifts due to random testing needs
Primary hours: 2 rotating days per week from 4:45am-1:15pm AND 2 rotating days per week from 5am-11:30am
2 of the days, you'd start in Tompkinsville from 4:45am-8am, then cover Burkesville from 9am-10:30am, then cover Albany from 11am-1:15pm
2 of the days, you'd start in Glasgow from 5am-9am, then cover Munfordville 10:30am-11:30am
Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periods
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
