Urgently Hiring: Female Disability Support Workers – Caboolture QLD

We are urgently looking for experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers in Caboolture QLD. This position offer long shifts and the opportunity to start immediately.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred support to a female participant with Schizoaffective disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Support participants in their homes and in the community
  • Assist with meal preparation, domestic tasks, and mobility
  • Follow care plans and support strategies
  • Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
  • Relevant experience supporting clients with Schizoaffective Disorder (manic type)
  • First Aid & CPR certificate (current)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow card)
  • Working With Children Check (Blue card)
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility: Availability to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and sleepover
