Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in South Penrith, NSW This support worker role involves routine support and no personal care is involved.

Shift Details

  • Monday & Tuesday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm/7:00pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00am - 9:00am
  • Location: South Penrith

Support Worker Requirements

  • Female support worker preferred
  • Calm, kind, reliable, and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport
  • Enjoys providing companionship
  • Previous experience supporting participants with Autism, Youth and Mental Health is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

The successful Support Worker will assist with:

  • Routine support
  • Getting ready for school
  • No personal care involved
  • Building participant to be independent
