Whether you're looking for morning shifts, evening visits, or split shifts, we'll work with you to build a schedule that fits your availability while giving you the opportunity to make a real difference in your local community.
• Earn £14.80 to £16.59 per hour on weekdays, including holiday pay
• Earn £15.30 to £17.15 per hour on weekends, including holiday pay
• £230 paid training and shadowing programme

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting clients with medication
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
• Encouraging clients to stay independent and enjoy daily activities
• Accompanying clients to appointments or outings when needed
• Travelling between clients' homes in the Hedge End area
• Available for morning, evening, or split shifts
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
