Earn £14.80–£17.15 per hour (including holiday pay), enjoy paid training (£230 including shadowing), and receive £0.35 per mile mileage allowance while building a genuinely meaningful career in care. We are currently recruiting Care Assistants on a zero-hour contract, with a strong preference for candidates available for morning shifts in the Southampton area

Weekday pay: £14.80 – £16.59 per hour (including holiday pay)
Weekend pay: £15.30 – £17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)
Paid training: 2 weeks + shadowing (£230)
Mileage: £0.35 per mile

As a Care Assistant, you will:
Provide personal care and medication support
Assist with meals and light household tasks
Support clients to stay safe, active, and independent
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
Travel between clients’ homes across the Southampton area
This is a community-based role, so flexibility and willingness to travel is essential.
