Position: Female Bus Attendant - School Bus Attendant

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible Female Bus Attendant to join our team. As a School Bus Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their daily commute to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist students in boarding and exiting the school bus safely and efficiently

- Ensure all students are seated and wearing seatbelts before the bus begins moving

- Monitor and maintain order on the bus, ensuring students follow safety rules and regulations

- Keep accurate records of student attendance and report any issues or incidents to the bus driver and school administration

- Communicate with parents and school staff regarding any changes in bus routes or schedules

- Maintain a clean and organized bus, including regular cleaning and disinfecting

- Assist students with special needs or disabilities, providing necessary accommodations and support

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the bus

- Attend regular training and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures and policies

- Perform other duties as assigned by the school or Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working with children preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and handle emergency situations effectively

- Physically fit and able to assist with any necessary tasks, such as lifting and securing wheelchairs or other equipment

- Familiarity with traffic laws and safe driving practices

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
