Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? We are seeking a world-class Fellow R&D Engineer to lead innovation in advanced MOSFET technologies. This role will drive next-generation device architecture, performance optimization, and technology strategy across our power and/or logic semiconductor portfolio.

This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.

What you will be doing:

• Define and lead MOSFET device innovation strategy, including planar, trench, FinFET, or emerging architectures (e.g., Gate-All-Around, superjunction).
• Drive device design, simulation, and characterization to optimize performance metrics such as Rds(on), switching losses, breakdown voltage, and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with process integration, product engineering, reliability, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide deep technical guidance on TCAD modeling, device physics, and failure mechanisms.
• Champion technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing (HVM), ensuring scalability and yield optimization.
• Influence intellectual property strategy, including patents and publications.
• Mentor and develop senior technical staff; elevate overall organizational capability.

What will you bring along:

· Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

· 12–15+ years of experience in semiconductor device engineering, with deep expertise in MOSFET technologies.

· Proven track record of technical leadership and innovation, including patents and/or publications.

· Strong knowledge of:

• Power MOSFET or advanced CMOS device physics
• TCAD tools (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus, Silvaco)
• Semiconductor fabrication processes
• Reliability and failure analysis

· Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional R&D programs
