Learning Objectives: Through hands-on observation, project support, on-set exposure, and meetings with department leaders, the intern/fellow will develop a broad understanding of how cross-functional teams collaborate to develop, produce, deliver, and support non-scripted programming.
Gain broad exposure to the television production business and production lifecycle, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, delivery, related business operations, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration, with a particular focus on non-scripted production.
Shadow team members in office and on-set environments to observe day-to-day operations, production protocols, communication flow, and collaboration across departments.
Support production office operations through general coordination, scheduling support, research, tracking, follow-up, and organization of relevant materials or production documents.
Assist with administrative, logistical, and project-based tasks connected to active productions, shoots, events, department needs, or business initiatives.
Balance internship responsibilities with time devoted to the Fellowship capstone project and other summer internship program activities.
