Job Responsibilities:
1. Embody and promote NIO's values: Honesty, Care, Vision, and Action.

2. Welcome and guide visitors in the NIO space with product demonstrations.
展厅接待与产品讲解；
3. Deliver a premium test drive experience.
为用户提供高标准全面的试驾体验；
4. Convert potential customers through comprehensive service.
针对潜在用户提供全流程的服务体验，将潜在用户进行转化；
5. Develop plans and achieve targets based on strategies and goals.
根据策略和目标，制定计划和完成目标分配；
6. Maintain existing customers, providing solutions for shaping a joyful lifestyle.
维护现有用户，提供创造愉悦生活方式解决方案；
7. Identify and develop potential customers, collaborating with marketing for promotions.
开发潜在用户，与市场部合作，开展营销活动；
8. Manage NIO space operations, continuously improving the user experience.
展厅运营，不断提升用户体验；
9. Support new store openings, ensuring the continuation of our culture and values.
支持新店开设，确保文化和价值观传承。

职位要求

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, any field.
本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2. Experience in the retail industry (international hotels/ automotive/ luxury goods/ education preferred).
具备零售经验（国际酒店/汽车/奢侈品/教培行业优先）；
3. Passion for cars and high-quality products.
热爱汽车及高品质的生活和产品；
4. Ambitious, with a strong desire for personal growth.
渴望发展，有想法、有追求、有目标；
5. Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
优秀的商业拓展能力和商务谈判能力；
6. Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English reading and communication preferred.
普通话标准，有良好的英语阅读和沟通能力者优先。
