As a Felix Administrator, you will champion adoption of the platform and guiding stakeholders on best practice use. Working closely with a range of teams, you’ll provide expertise, support continuous improvement, and ensure consistent and compliant use of Felix and procurement processes across the business. Your ability to combine attention to detail with stakeholder engagement will be critical in driving both system adoption and operational excellence

You will play a key role in supporting the procurement function and internal stakeholders across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Felix System Management: Act as the Felix system administrator and subject matter expert, promoting adoption, providing guidance, and ensuring best practice use of the system.
  • Procurement Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
  • Workflow & Process Oversight: Monitor Felix workflows, approvals, and system alerts to maintain efficiency, identify issues, and ensure timely processing of procurement activities.
  • Supplier Management & Compliance: Support supplier onboarding, prequalification, and ongoing compliance, proactively monitoring expiries, risks, and non-compliance within Felix.
  • Contract Lifecycle Support: Assist with contract administration including renewals, expiries, and documentation management to ensure continuity and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Support & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for procurement-related queries, working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, IT, and Group Procurement.
  • Systems & Continuous Improvement: Liaise with Felix support and internal teams to resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and improve procurement processes.
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce regular reports on Felix usage, supplier compliance, and procurement activity to support visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Documentation & Record Management: Maintain procurement templates, records, and approval workflows in line with governance and audit requirements.

  • Experience in procurement administration, commercial support, or supply chain roles
  • Hands‑on experience administering procurement systems such as Felix or similar procurement compliance platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and suppliers
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong systems aptitude and willingness to learn new tools
