Join the team at Blue Creek Ranch, an 85,000-acre bison operation in the beautiful Nebraska Sandhills. We’re pioneering regenerative bison ranching and conservation practices, and we are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Feedlot Technician to help us care for our bison and optimize our feeding operation.
As a Feedlot Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring feedlot operations, tracking animal performance, and ensuring proper equipment and facility maintenance. This role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Your work will contribute to the success of a leading bison feedlot operation focused on sustainability and best practices in animal care.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
This position offers hands-on experience in a progressive feedlot setting, with opportunities to gain skills in regenerative agriculture, animal nutrition, and large-scale ranch and feedlot management.
