Independent Contractor (1099) · In Person · Philadelphia, PA · Minimum 20 hours per week
CATCH Inc. is looking for a therapist to see adults and children in person at our outpatient program in Philadelphia. You choose your hours during the workday, and your hourly rate goes up as your caseload grows.
Choose the hours that work for you between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 20 hours a week.
$35 an hour for adult clients and $38 an hour for child clients. When your billable hours reach these levels in a week, we add to your hourly rate:
Billable hours per week Added to your hourly rate
20 to under 25 +$7.50
25 to under 30 +$10.00
30 or more +$15.00
The higher rate applies to all of your billable hours that week. For example, if you bill 25 hours with adult clients in a week, you earn $45 an hour for all 25 hours.
