
Phillips Corporation is searching for a high-caliber machine tool professional to join our Federal Life Cycle Team to spearhead our growth trajectory in the western United States, driving strategic Life Cycle and Preventive Maintenance growth by uncovering and converting high-value opportunities that maximize customer readiness, operational performance, and profitability. By conducting Federal facility site visits, finding and shaping advanced manufacturing opportunities, and maintaining long-term customer relationships, you will provide lifecycle solutions that extend equipment value and facility readiness. You are not just managing accounts; you are establishing an elite benchmark for territory influence and long-term asset optimization.
You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of strategic maintenance opportunities, from lead generation and proposal development through contract wins, shaping strategic proposals that seamlessly integrate pricing structures, and follow contractual compliance. Utilizing our CRM and bid board management systems, you will manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that every submission is compliant and aligned with technical requirements. Your disciplined execution during critical pre- and post-award reviews will continue to create pipeline generation and growth.
Success will be defined by building trusted long-term Partnerships through proactive engagement, consistent site presence, and close customer collaboration that position our solutions as indispensable to operational success. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $75,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually plus uncapped commission as well as auto allowance.
