
Join Leidos QTC Health Services as a Federal Health Program Manager on our Employee Health & Readiness team, where you’ll play a key role in driving mission‑critical programs that support federal health initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and technical performance goals. You’ll lead the development of proposals, business plans, and work statements, and guide the creation of budgets and contract terms.
As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll manage ongoing communications, facilitate program reviews, and help shape program strategies through contract negotiations and change management.
