Federal Contracts Manager - GSA & SEWP

Job Description:

What You'll Do:

• Lead the administration, compliance, and strategic management of federal contract vehicles, including GSA Schedules, SEWP, ESI BPAs, ITES, and 2GIT.
• Capture and manage new federal contracting opportunities, supporting contract pursuits, RFQs, and RFP responses.
• Oversee Federal Contract Specialists and related team members while providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage GSA and ESI contract modifications, negotiations, pricing updates, reporting requirements, and payment approvals.
• Communicate with OEMs, VAR partners, as well as internal stakeholders regarding all aspects of federal contract capture, rollout, and administration
• Ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations, Transactional Data Reporting (TDR), subcontracting plans, and ISO quality processes.
• Direct SEWP program management activities, including major program rollouts and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain expertise in the Federal Catalog Platform (FCP), GSA Advantage, EDI order management, and related contract administration systems.
• Manage supplier onboarding, Letters of Supply, stakeholder relationships, and resolution of contract or supplier concerns.
• Develop training materials, maintain SharePoint and contract documentation, and support organizational knowledge management.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Who We're Looking For:

• 5-8 years of experience with GSA Schedule Contracts
• Ability to multi-task, work in fast paced environment, and meet tight deadlines
• Team leadership skills, preferably prior people management experience but not required
• Prior Federal Contract capture and contract rollout/project management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Minimal travel (2-3X per year - Federal contract conferences, industry days, etc.)

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 2 days in office/3 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$112,200.00 - $154,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
