Sony Pictures Imageworks is seeking a Production Support Coordinator for our Los Angeles location.

The Production Support Coordinator Reports Directly to the Head of Production Management. The role supports the Prod Support team across our three locations, when it comes to calendar management, events planning, and a myriad of administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, communication (written and verbal) skills, and be highly adaptable in dynamic situations.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the production support team calendar, Head of Production Management and Head of Artist Management calendars
• Communicating between multiple members/depts. of the Imageworks team, including senior leadership
• Communicating shows working holidays, weekends and systems downdays
• New hires & promotions – database management, and communicating onboarding schedules
• Timecard and vacation request approvals for the CAD group
• Prod support group meeting notes taking and distribution
• Concur travel bookings and expense reports
• Organize and schedule bimonthly production training sessions for the prod group
• Applause and Innovation awards organization and prod meeting announcements
• Occasionally cover show PA/Coord tasks before the show team is available
• Midshow & post show review support
• Coordinate post-show debrief meetings, including organizing sessions, capturing detailed notes, identifying key action items, and distributing concise summaries via Confluence to ensure alignment and follow-through across stakeholders

• Demonstrates strong communication skills and ensures tasks are completed with thorough follow through

The anticipated base salary for this position is $22.50 - $25.96/hourly USD. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
