This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering ,Computer Application ,IT, Computer Science or job related field required.
3+ years of Job related experience required.
Hands-on experience including end‑to‑end design, development, and implementation of Business Process Management applications such as Pega/Appian.
Proven experience architecting and supporting multi-tier, distributed web applications, including presentation, service, and data layers.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, decompose, and solve complex technical problems across multiple system components.
Strong capability to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality software with minimal defects and adherence to coding standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal technical oversight, while still aligning to architectural guidelines and best practices.
Proficient in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing software, including root‑cause analysis and remediation.
Effective team collaborator with experience contributing to cross-functional software development teams
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, grooming, and iterative development.
Demonstrated ability to implement software solutions following industry best practices, design patterns, and optimal technical approaches.
Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet delivery timelines.
Skilled in identifying, documenting, and communicating scope changes, risks, and schedule impacts to technical leads and project managers.
Strong understanding of business requirements analysis, with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
Ability to collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
