This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead – Full Stack Software Development with over 10 years of hands-on experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong ownership, actively contribute to development, guide architecture decisions, and lead teams through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, excellence, and hands-on engineering leadership.
Responsibilities:
Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery
Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality
Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
Guides the team on work breakdown and execution
Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria
Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team
Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development
Proven experience in a Tech Lead / Senior Developer / Engineering Lead role
Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex initiatives end-to-end
Provide hands-on leadership in full-stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, and databases)
Drive delivery across the entire SDLC lifecycle – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable plans
Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise applications
Contribute actively to coding, debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and alignment with business goals
Lead release management, sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization
Proactively manage system risks, dependencies, and escalations
Drive execution rigor and remove blockers proactively
Champion best practices in test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and quality engineering
Provide technical guidance and code reviews.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum enterprise environments
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers and engineers
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
