Feasibility Manager
Clinical Trials
Vicente López, Buenos Aires

Turn data into strategy and insights into action. As our Feasibility Manager, you'll evaluate clinical sites, build strategic partnerships, and create compelling business cases that bring our trials to life and life-changing treatments to patients faster.

Your new role

As a Feasibility Manager in Clinical Trials, you'll identify and partner with the right clinical trial sites to advance our pipeline. You'll combine analytical rigor with stakeholder engagement to position our trials for global success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading feasibility assessments at country and site level, analyzing patient availability, investigator experience, regulatory timelines, and site capabilities
  • Contributing to the Trial Portfolio Review process with strategic insights that help us compete for global trial allocation
  • Developing strategic site partnerships with priority institutions
  • Creating data-driven presentations and business cases that showcase our competitive advantages.
  • Expanding our site network by building relationships with sites, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs), scientific societies, and patient associations
  • Conducting scenario planning and enrollment projections to optimize country and site strategies
  • Monitoring competitor trials, regulatory landscapes, and patient treatment pathways

Your new department

Within R&D, you'll join our Clinical Trials team based in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, where you play a pivotal role in bringing clinical trials to life. As Feasibility Manager, you'll be the critical link between global clinical development strategies and local execution, ensuring we select the right sites and build the partnerships that enable high-quality, successful trial delivery. Your insights and strategic analysis will directly influence which trials come to Argentina and how quickly we can bring new treatments to patients.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an analytical thinker with strong communication skills who can translate complex data into strategic recommendations and build lasting partnerships.

Hard skills and experience:

  • Solid experience in clinical operations as a CRA, Trial Manager, Line Manager, or Clinical Monitoring Manager
  • Deep knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency for presentations and reports
  • Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis and scenario planning
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field (MD is a strong plus)

Soft skills and competencies:

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to extract insights and translate them into clear recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and define practical approaches to complex scenarios
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
