FDV Case Manager

Location: Midland WA

Employment Type: Full Time Contract to June 2027

Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled FDV Case Manager to join our team.

The key objectives of this position are:

  • To deliver case management services for women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence, supporting both women’s in building long-term stability and self-sufficiency and children’s safety, wellbeing and developmental needs
  • To coordinate services for clients through advocacy, referrals and case planning, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
  • To promote empowerment, safety and healing through ongoing trauma-informed care and ensuring clients have access to the resources they need for recovery.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Case Management and Advocacy
  • Resource Coordination and Referrals
  • Interagency and Internal Collaboration
  • Documentation and Reporting

You will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant human services field or equivalent experience.
  • Current 'C' Class licence
  • Valid Working With Children's Check
  • Current Police Clearance (no older than 6 months from validation date)
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
