职位描述
1、现场部署与集成：负责智元产品及平台在客户现场的全流程部署，完成与客户现有系统的对接集成； 2、业务价值验证：驻场定义可量化的业务指标（OLA），在6-12周内完成MVP验证，用数据证明价值； 3、技术问题诊断：快速定位并解决机器人系统、AI模型、硬件适配等现场技术问题； 4、客户赋能：为客户团队提供操作培训和技术支持，挖掘新需求，推动项目续约； 5、产品化反馈：将前线经验沉淀为产品改进需求、部署蓝图和最佳实践；
职位要求
1、工作经验：5年以上软件工程、机器人系统集成或AI应用相关经验； 2、技术能力：精通Python/C++，熟悉大模型应用（RAG、Agent编排、Prompt Engineering），了解机器人系统； 3、客户经验：有直接面向客户的交付或解决方案经验； 4、出差能力：能接受50-70%时间驻场工作； 加分项 - 有具身智能/AI模型部署到真实机器人系统的完整项目经验 - 熟悉Isaac Sim等仿真平台 - 熟悉制造业、仓储物流、能源、服务业等场景 软技能 - 问题解决：能在模糊、高压的客户现场独立决策 - 沟通能力：能将技术问题翻译为业务语言，与客户高管高效沟通 - 学习速度：能快速掌握新行业知识、新技术栈
