Contribuye al aseguramiento de la calidad del vehículo mediante el seguimiento y la validación de los criterios de conformidad y satisfacción cliente. Participa en el análisis de incidencias detectadas durante las fases de desarrollo, industrialización y validación del vehículo, coordinando acciones con los diferentes equipos técnicos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad del proyecto y la mejora continua del producto
