Job Description

The Variable Marketing Data Coordinator provides superior and competency-based services in data management and analytics, specifically supporting the full scope of Variable Marketing (VM) program management from idea generation through evaluation. This role is crucial for managing data flow, enabling targeted and automatized Variable Marketing Campaigns, facilitating program planning and evaluation, and developing and maintaining dashboards for central program monitoring and evaluation.

The position drives digitalization efforts to ensure processes are user-centric, continuously improved, and fully aligned with FoE strategy, growth plans, and audit requirements.

Detailed task functions and responsibilities:

Variable Marketing Program Support & Automation:

  • Act as the primary interface between the Variable Marketing (VM) team and the Data Development Team, effectively translating business requirements into actionable data initiatives and enabling the seamless provision of essential data support.

  • Support the comprehensive management of FCSD Variable Marketing programs through developing and optimizing the underlying data infrastructure to facilitate targeted and automatized Variable Campaigns.

  • Provide expert analytical support to NSC Marketing teams for the formulation of high-quality Variable Marketing program proposals, including the preparation of rigorous background calculations, thorough profit-to-cost ratio analyses, and comprehensive program volume scenarios

  • Analyze historical data and calculate dealer objectives using optional objective setting models, supporting the alignment of objective levels (Dealer-NSC-FoE) through financial calculations.

  • Provide volume tracking and program evaluation support to the NSC VM Team, designing and operating processes with the highest commonality among markets while considering dashboard capabilities.

  • Manage databases and perform data analysis using SQL/Python, including constructing and executing complex queries.

  • Utilize modern data wrangling, analysis, and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Qlik Sense, and Power Apps

Process Improvement & Digitalization:

  • Drive continuous process improvements and digitalization efforts to maximize efficiency and user-centricity.

  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.

  • Actively contribute the digital transformation agenda for VM program management.
  • Education: College/University Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with project management experience (IT project experience preferred) and/or experience in the Aftersales environment.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken,
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Python and SQL knowledge and automation solutions
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and find resolutions in a structured manner.
  • Strong time and priority management skills to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a politically sensitive, international environment.
  • "Team Oriented" with a proactive 'can do' attitude, and result-oriented.
  • Fluent English is a must.
