
Ford Business Solutions is looking for an
FCSD-E Variable Marketing Coordinator
to join our Aftersales Team in our Szentendre location.
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Are you ready to coordinate VM process across departments to drive Ford’s aftersales success across Europe? As a key partner to the FCSD-E (Ford Customer Service Division - Europe) Central Marketing team, you will translate national commercial incentive proposals into strategic growth and optimized profitability. If you are passionate about being at the heart of decision-making and collaborating across international markets, this position is for you!
Drive tactical program approval process: Coordinate and streamline the end-to-end approval process for European Variable Marketing (VM) proposals, ensuring business momentum is maintained.
Be the Bridge Between Management and Operations: Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain Management to validate funding and evaluate profitability prior to Management’s approval.
Shape European Strategy: Act as a contact for the European Trading Terms (TT) framework, leading discussions for selected markets alongside Regional Business Units.
Empower Teams: Provide training, maintain templates and offer ongoing operational support to all parties submitting VM to ensure execution excellence.
Ensure Performance: Perform financial cross-checks of test program assumptions questioning operational input to ensure desired return on investment (ROI).
Leverage Smart Systems: Utilize internal reporting databases and parts-pricing systems (such as IBIS and GPPT) to conduct ad-hoc checks on sales volumes.
Integrity of Our Processes: Maintain full compliance with internal control frameworks while thriving for simplification in processes and templates.
Requirements for the position:
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze commercial proposals, evaluate financial assumptions, and translate business challenges into structured, profitable solutions.
Growth Mindset: Willing to continuously improve skills, learn internal databases (like IBIS, SOR and GPPT), and explore modern process optimization tools, including opportunities in AI.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while thriving in a collaborative, agile environment
