Stäubli's Fluid Connectors Division is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Events Specialist to join our North American Marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on executing digital marketing campaigns, managing lead generation activities, coordinating technical trade shows and customer events, and improving marketing performance through data and analytics. Working closely with regional sales teams and global marketing colleagues, you will play a critical role in generating demand, supporting customer engagement, and delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities and Objectives

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, websites, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Create and manage marketing assets such as landing pages, digital advertisements, email campaigns, social media content, videos, and website updates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize results through data analysis and testing.
  • Support lead generation initiatives that contribute directly to pipeline growth.
  • Track marketing performance metrics including conversion rates, lead quality, cost per lead, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead management and customer engagement processes.

Events, Trade Shows & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and execute industry trade shows, customer events, roadshows, and regional marketing programs.
  • Manage event logistics including booth preparation, vendor coordination, promotional materials, shipping, registrations, and onsite support.
  • Drive pre-event promotion, attendee engagement, and post-event lead follow-up activities.
  • Track and report event performance and return on investment.
  • Support internal sales meetings, training events, and business conferences.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Manage campaigns within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Support marketing reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain campaign tracking and lead attribution to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist with marketing budgets, purchase orders, and project administration.
  • Develop scalable workflows, processes, and templates that improve team efficiency.

Sales Enablement Support

  • Assist with sales tools, collateral, and customer-facing resources.
  • Support platforms such as Showpad and other sales enablement tools.
  • Work closely with Sales and Inside Sales teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience planning and managing trade shows, conferences, or customer events.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and lead generation best practices.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience with these platforms is beneficial but not required:

Additional Information

Physical Requirements

  • Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
  • Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment

Work schedule:

  • Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 30%). Must have a current, valid passport for international travel.
  • This position will report to the Duncan, SC office with flexible (hybrid) schedule after completion of 90 day training program.
