Protection and Security

  • Access Control & Security: Administer access control databases and support CCTV camera monitoring.
  • Key Management: Manage physical key distribution, records, and security protocols.
  • System Operations: Utilize Space Management Tool, PRS Hub, and FCM Helpdesk for daily facility operations.
  • User Support & Ticketing: Act as the main contact person for access requests, space management, and helpdesk tickets.
  • Event Coordination: Provide operational support for PRS activities and company events.

Technical

  • Preventive Maintenance Support: Partner with FCM technicians to ensure optimal operation of building equipment and facilities.
  • System Repairs & Troubleshooting Support: Aid in diagnosing and resolving facility system issues efficiently.
  • Documentation & Reporting Support: Handle technical records, maintenance logs, and compliance reports strictly to FCM requirements.
  • Project Support & EHS Compliance Support: Assist in project execution through drawing reviews, EHS document audits, and contractor compliance tracking.

Qualifications

  • 3rd or final-year undergraduate student majoring in a related field.
  • Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week
  • Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
  • Proficiency with MS. Excel (familiar with working with large data and using formulas in excel), other tools will be trained during work
  • Detail oriented, multi-tasking, organized and taking ownership/responsibility of tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good at written English, basic English communication.
