cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in program/project management
Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity or IT operations programs
Demonstrated leadership in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
Experience with federal or regulated environments preferred
Required Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Or equivalent cybersecurity leadership certifications
Duties:
Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders and oversee contract performance
Provide planning, coordination, staffing oversight, and quality control
Manage risks, issues, and performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs)
Oversee reporting cadence including weekly, monthly, and executive briefings
Ensure delivery of cybersecurity services across SOC, NOC, engineering, and compliance functions
Lead transition planning and knowledge transfer activities
Maintain program management artifacts including Program Management Plan, Staffing Plan, and Quality Control Plan
Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, FISMA, Zero Trust)
