The Role:

A Forklift Driver, Fulfillmentisresponsible forthe safe,accurate, and efficient movement of cases within theDistributionfacility using powered industrial equipment. This includes both physical handling and electronic tracking of inventory, whilemaintainingsafety and productivity standards.

WhatYou’llDo:

Operatepowered industrial trucks (e.g., ride-behind jack, sit-down reach truck, high-reach truck).
• Move cases physically and electronically throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and case movement.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques andtimelyincident reporting.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals consistently.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Assistin other departments as needed to support operational flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• A self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
Possessstrong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and RF scanning technology.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and safety.
• Reliable and adaptable to changing work environments.

WhatYou’veDone:

1+ yearof experience operating forklifts (e.g., turret truck, cherry picker).
Demonstratedability to meet productivity and accuracy goals in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.
• Proventrack recordof following safety procedures and reporting incidents appropriately.

Nice to Haves:

• Current orpreviousforklift certification.
• Experience working in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution center.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Able to stand, walk, bend,stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry up to50lbsoccasionally.
• Able tomaintainattention and concentration for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Periodic exposure to heavy machinery and changing environmentalconditions.
