This position leads the development and enhancement of insurance products to meet market demands and support business growth. The role focuses on creating and implementing market-specific strategies that align with operational and profitability goals set by leadership.

Key Activities

• Identifies product innovation opportunities and ensures products adhere to regulatory requirements and underwriting guidelines.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to develop competitive, compliant, and customer-focused insurance products.
• The position supervises reports who are individual contributors or people leaders to ensure alignment with product development goals and successful delivery of business unit priorities.
• Mentors or coaches less experienced team members to support peer learning and development.
• Manages a team of product leaders and/or analysts for a designated product countrywide. Responsible for building and maintaining and implementation of short-term strategy within assigned product line.
• Creates and influences market and product coverage specific strategies and operating standards with the input from senior leadership.
• Owns tactical regulatory and compliance changes, product innovation and competitor analysis including products/coverage.
• Influences partners in Sales, Underwriting and Service to meet product best practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Full English Fluency
• +15 years of experience in the Insurance industry (P&C, Auto) Required
• Product Development and Creation
• Innovation background with product and commercial results
