We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager specializing in Data & Analytics space. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical execution. You will oversee Medium to large-scale data initiatives, align cross-functional engineering teams, and deliver robust data infrastructure that powers actionable business insights and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with a solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, cloud technologies, and analytics platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, data science, business intelligence, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that enable informed decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Provides management of data infrastructure for all major modeling projects.
• Manage requirements for data enhancements needed to improve analytics and/or data process in the future.
• Takes leadership role in special data and analytical projects, as assigned.
• Negotiates and sets priorities with IT and BI resources to align projects with company goals.
• Develops expertise and represents analytic interests for new data mining tools and technologies and trains other team members accordingly.
• Develops and manages business certification of all analytic related data projects.
• Manages assigned direct reports and functions as a data/code trainer for the department.
• Have a clear understanding of Data processes such as ETL/ELT
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Manage nearshore and offshore teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or relevant
• Hands-on experience working as a Data Engineer or relevant software experience
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Strong understanding of programming languages like Python and SQL
• Background experience on ETL and orchestration
