TheRestaurantWaiter

As theRestaurantWaiter, you will play a vital part in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. As a waiter, you willprovideattentive service, take orders, and ensure thetimelyandaccuratedelivery of food and beverages, contributing to the overall success of ourrestaurant.The rolewillreport directly toRestaurantFloor ManagerSupervisorand will have a dotted reporting line totheRestaurant Managerat the location the position is basedat.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver friendly, professional guest service, ensuring a personalised and high-quality dining experience.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations and maintaining strong product knowledge.
• Maintain clean and well-presented tables, ensuring efficient setup, clearing, and overall dining environment.
• Drive sales through upselling and promotion of menu items and specials while handling billing and payments accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service, support training of new staff, and assist with bar and terrace operations as required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong communicationand presentationskills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Experience in hotel operations and service quality levels.

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
